ALWAYS friends (Stuck?! Sketches Sept 2017)

Good afternoon,

I mentioned in a previous post that I may have some ‘spare’ time this month, so I decided to go take a visit to an old favourite Stuck?! Sketches for inspiration
15th Sept Stuck?! Sketches (flipped sketch)
I love the Stuck?! 15th September sketch  and thoroughly enjoyed using more of the Soul Pea colour Resin Rainbow kit for another entry in the WW1 challenge.

The photo is of my good friend Kathleen and I, when she was on holiday here in Queensland in January. We do keep in touch, but we hadn’t seen each other IRL since my wedding in 2001, so it was absolutely fabulous to have her here for morning tea, and have a ‘jolly-old’ chin-wag LOL.

Supplies
  •  Assorted pieces from the Resin Rainbow September kit (resin feathers, heart, lattice border and ribbon)

Other: texture paste, stencil (unknown), black utee, black uni-ball pen

So to stop your suspence now ?! here's the completed LO :)
Thanks for the challenge STUCK?! Until next time - huge hugs 'n' hearts xxx Mazz xxx

Good afternoon all,
As I mentioned in the previous post, I've had just a wee bit extra time this month and this is the first time I’ve entered a Kraft + (plus) inspiration challenge – and this September 2017 challenge has been just so much fun 😊.  The theme is “what’s the buzz” all about “b’s”  and here is the prompt:
For my LO, I’ve used this beautiful “bee” photo from a fabulous day early this year, spent at Spring Bluff.

LIFE is Precious - WW1 September 2017 challenge

Gidday all,

I can hardly believe have some time to participate in an extra challenge (or maybe 2?) lol.

I didn't know the colour of the September White With One (WW1) challenge when I decided to buy the beautiful kit from The Resin Rainbow, but once I saw the beautiful SOUL PEA colour of the kit when it arrived I knew this photo would be perfect! I'd had both the Black and White, and the colour photos printed for when 'just the right' challenge came along :)
Here's this month's WW1 mood board - also perfect for my childhood photo.

Supplies
  •  The Resin Rainbow September SOUL PEA colour kit (bespoke flowers, circle fabric, ribbon, twill, resin rose

  • Kaiser paper (Basecoat IV, scraped)

so here is the finished LO, after all the teasing LOL
thanks for visiting today....
till next time...

My fairy

Your fairy is called Columbine Goblinglitter
She is a bringer of riches and wealth.
She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows.
She is only seen in the light of a shooting star.
She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.
