Hi and welcome to September's White with a Twist challenge over at Scrapping Outback :)

Downunder in Australia and New Zealand, September is Spring time...meaning blossoms and the arrival of warmer weather :)

This is September's inspiration picture and the criteria is still the same - to use ALL the colours (

WHITE with Navy Blue tones, Grey and Kraft) in the picture along with at least 1 piece of chipboard. (because Scrapping Outback is best known for its chippie)

My LO is one for my dlh really - the photo was taken a long time ago, when he had hair LOL

shine - Scrapping Outback August 2017 White With a Twist challenge

Hi everyone and welcome to August...

here's my inspiration for this months White With a Twist challenge over at Scrapping Outback:
So...please come on have a go!  

white, grey and yellow tones

As usual, there are only 2 criteria- to use (any brand) chipboard on your Lay Out (because Scrapping Outback is renown for chipboard) and to use all the colours in the picture - WHITE with grey and yellow tones. ...As usual we'd LOVE to see some more newbies....SO you know you CAN!!!

Welcome to JULY.... oh dear, time is running away - Christmas is on its way :)  My apologies for not getting anything posted for June... I've had a lot going on and I can assure you there is 'no rest for the wicked' at my place LOL....And here it is - my July 2017 inspiration for Scrapping Outback's White With a Twist Challenge... c'mon you know you should....the colours are So striking this month....

So...please come on have a go!  there are only 2 criteria- to use (any brand) chipboard on your Lay Out (because Scrapping Outback is renown for chipboard) and to use all the colours in the picture - Blue, teal and green tones...and we'd LOVE to see some newbies....SO you know you CAN!!!

The photo in the LO is credited to the amazingly talented Gavin Conroy at Classic Aircraft Photography NZ - I love the Sopwith Camel so much, I hope they don't mind me using it in my scrapbooking. Oh and if you would like to see some more stunning photography of Warbirds and military aircraft from around the world, Gavin has an awesome Facebook page too. 

Some of you will already be aware that The Sopwith Camel (bi-plane) was flown in WW1. It was also the plane that the fictional character, hero Biggles flew in the Biggles' books by W.E.Johns.  Some of you may also remember that Biggles was my husband's nickname because he was a pilot once. AND our theme wedding was "Biggles Gets Married".
