Happy November everyone!!!
Here's our Inspiration at Scrapping Outback's November 'White With a Twist' Challenge...
YOUR layout interpretation is to be inspired by ALL the colours (any shade of that colour) in this photo prompt above; as usual you need to go HERE http://scrapping-outback.blogspot.com.au/ for all the information.
And here are my TWO takes on the challenge:
1.
For this LO I wanted to portray the love and deep feelings I have for my GD, which are enhanced by the colour purple - that my GD often wears and loves too.
Supplies I've used:
- Lindy's Stamp Gang (LSG) Flat Fabios (Luscious Lime)
- LSG Starburst mist (Prima Donna Purple)
- LSG embossing powder (Midnight Ruby)
- The Crafter's Workshop template (coffee splotch and graffiti)
- Ocean Shell NZ - Paua Shell laminate (fern)
- my2angels sugar beads
- The Resin Rainbow resin dots
- White Gesso
- muslin, black ink, black pen
And.... 2.
I couldn't resist creating a second inspiration LO for
Scrapping Outback November -
I just had to scrap this photo of my nieces and nephew who now live in Murawai, NZ.
They're so cute - obviously creative parents involved too :)

I just love the end result- specially experimenting with the Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing powders... love the way the silver moon sapphire embossing powder seems translucent over the lime ink - I decided to leave them that way (rather than making them silver ferns LOL).
The Hollyhack scarlet plum 'dazzles' using the Versa Mark (Dazzle) embossing ink (pun intended lol).
Supplies:
- Fancy Pants Glitter cuts (spooky title)
- Kaisercraft journal tags (13th hour)
VersaMark (Dazzle) embossing ink
- My2angels black spider charms and date
Other: stencil, black thread, brads, glue, die cuts
I hope my LO inspires you to have a go at our
Scrapping Outback
November challenge this month....
Until next time, I hope you have a great week and month ahead....only 54 days till the white bearded man comes down the chimney
