G'day all...my apologies for being MIA recently, I've had lots going on lately and simply haven't had the time to get my blog up to date, so today I'm sharing TWO creations.
First up
Scrapping Outback's October Challenge is to Scraplift with the criteria being to have stamping and ribbon...here's
Julie Hill's beautiful creation:
Here's my take...Ah yes, yours truly with two adorable grand daughters on Santa's knee - Christmas 2012 (they say you're NEVER too old for sitting on Santa's knee lol)
The stamping is down the bottom right of the LO and hopefully you can spot the organza (white) ribbon across the top of the LO.
My circle interpretation is a plastic doily that I found in a cheap shop.
For this LO I wanted to portray just
HOW HAPPY these girls make me - hence the sub-title.
The
white flowers are from Prima and the centres are
creamy latte sugar beads over at
my2angels.
For the
chipboard title (
Sweet) from
Scrapping Outback, I've used
Jules' Perfect Pearls technique again I must say I'm really happy with the
Perfect Pearls Mist too.
The hearts, butterflies and arrow are fussy cut from the pp.
