my birthday...
Thank you SO much to all my family, friends and scrapping community for the lovely phone calls, txts, emails and FB birthday wishes - yesterday :) Had a lovely day and was taken out by hubby for surprise dinner (Hog's Breath Cafe, Loganholme) with close friends. yummy steak & food, great company...here with Ian, Denise & Terry O'Shea {with hugs from me}

In answer to your question, I go to Slimming World. I know they have it in America, but not sure if you have it in Australia.
My Greyhounds racing name was Song Song Blue, but I think the song is Song Sung Blue. It is a nice song.
