TSS Earnslaw (aka Lady of the Lake) |
I said to DH this morning "dont worry about the messy house today dear, I'll do it tomorrow, I must get this LO finished and uploaded today"...I just cant believe where April has gone...luckily its another long weekend for Queenslanders (Labour Day on Monday) !!! This LO was taken on my parents' NZ South Island trip in January 2001 - on board the
TSS Earnslaw...it looks like a fun cruise too! I've used My Minds Eye (Lush) and We R Memory Keepers (vintage blue) pps; the beaded hat pin, flowers and Purple Pumpkin buttons are all handmade. I made the large cog using a Tim Holtz dye and the smaller ones are inked on chipboard. Ive used scrappers floss for the buttons and the blanket stitch on the lace. I also used subtle Glimmer Mist and an edge punch on the Bazzill cardstock. I'm submitting this for 3 challenges:
- Show Us Your Stuff - (April challenge# 2) using BUTTONS
I do hope you're having a happy, peaceful weekend.x.TFL
